ETS2 Route Advisor minimal v1.1
ETS2 Route manager has been moved to the top of the screen.
All functions work with standard advisor keys.
The speed limit warning has been enlarged on the truck GPS display.
Adapted from Hemil's route manager.
For ETS2 v1.38.XX - 1.39.XX and 1.40.XX
