Updated for Kast RJL Addon 2.0.
Right now only for the RJL Scania, and only for the VAK and Ekeri Boxes.
The Kraker and NTM skins need a bigger rework, because Kast changed the UV template.
That means, this will be a lot of work for me.....
The other Trucks i have not checked yet.

Added to the Scania RJL the new chassi incl Box from Kast + the new cooler.
Not all skins will fit 100% with the new Box, but most of them.
