Each slot machine has a bit of a different stake, so depending on the type of guest you want to serve (poor vs rich) you can choose which machines to place:
Red machine (Rim n Reels): 2$ stake.
Green machine (Rima Moolah): 4$ stake.
Blue machine (Rim of Fortune): 6$ stake.
The house edge (what you earn on a machine in long term) on each machine is set to around 6% by default but you can set it high or low by changing the stake (while the payout stays the same).
The vanilla Poker table is patched so you you can set a buy-in for guests to pay to join a poker game.
The Vanilla Furniture Expanded roulette table is also patched.

There is a folder in the .zip archive. To install the mod, move the entire folder (not just its contents) into 'Mods' folder located under your RimWorld root isntallation folder.
So, for steam version of the game, the path would look like this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RimWorld\Mods
For any other distribution, firstly locate your rimworld installation path and then unpack the archive into the 'Mods' folder.
Then enable the mod in the game mods menu by double clicking on its name and restart the game
