What This Mod Does:
This small mod makes all planetary rings in stellaris far more visible.
Vannilla Stellaris has planetary rings but they are barely visible and this problem is amplified if you use bright skybox mods such as: "Beautiful Universe".
Now you dont have to flinch your eyes whenever you see some vague perception of a ring, but observe the most magnificent sights stel...

This is originally a feature from my mod: Small Scale Planets. But I decided to make it a seperate mod also.
Compatibility:
Should have no compatibility issues.
Not Ironman compatible.
