Part of Dark UI (so if you use Dark UI, you don't need this). Colour codes messages as following:
Blue for non-threatening diplomatic messages.
Red for militaristic/threatening messages (war, invasion, insults, revolts).
Green for notable domestic events.
Grey for unimportant matters.
Savegame friendly.
Achievement friendly.
