What does it do?
- Every Governor has a new skill system - Governor Direction.
- Governor Direction represents your Governor's prefer - Providing jobs and boost the related job efficiency.
When Governor reaches skill level 4, 7, and 10, their Direction levels up - further increase the efficiency of it.
