Why does this mod appear?

For a long time, scientists seem too flat for the moment. Every time people usually go for "Spark of Genius" scientists with high skills, because of flat Research Speed is a king above all.
( And let's not forget those who gained Substance Abuser during their brave survey missions, be proud of their accomplishment pal, good for him/her )
So here we are!

What is this?

This mod adds the following features for every Scientist in the game:
  • Survey Corps:
    A policy, there are 6 Survey Corps for scientist folks. These "Survey Corps" give Empire's research points or resources when your Scientists perform successful survey missions, similar to "Databank Uplinks" before it changes.

  • Research Corps:
    Every scientist has one Research Corps, but it will remain as "locked" until skill level 8.
    Once unlocked, their Research Corps can start to provide bonus such as "+5% Research Speed".
    As long as scientists with their own Research Corps are a part of the council, your Empire will gain Empire-wide bonus.

  • 3 Research Status:
    Physics, Society, Engineering.
    Level from 0 to 100, they determined how good your Scientists are when they're hired.

  • Eureka Status:
    For every scientist who's leading as the Head of Research, once the status reached 100%, grant six month of research points and a tech option (Based on their research traits).
    The progress of the status is decided by their corresponded research level skills, as well as their leader and species traits.

Known Bugs
  • There's a vanilla bug that Assigned Scientists sometimes will copy themselves, enable them to overwork, also making their Research Corps and Research Field Level Bar become no effect. No one knows why it happens. The only way to solve this bug is to delete your duplicated scientist(s).
