To Start:
1: Turn up the damper all the way up
2: Light boiler
4: Throttle up the generators and the main regulator
check boiler regularly and make sure it has plenty of coal
Turn on the water injector here and there to top up the boiler, but you don't need it on all the time.
Can be operated by one person, but is probably best with two
